Al Metlaa

Al Metlaa is an integrated residential community in Al Ain, developed in partnership with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre, and Bloom Holding. Featuring 2,247 three- to six-bedroom villas for Emirati families, it blends contemporary living with Emirati architectural heritage, complemented by premium amenities and services.

Strategically located just five minutes from Al Ain International Airport and 20 minutes from the city center, Al Metlaa will feature three- to six-bedroom villas set within a fully serviced community, designed to enhance quality of life and create long-term value for residents.

Designed to meet the lifestyle needs of Emirati families, the villas will feature generous layouts and an architectural style that thoughtfully blends heritage-inspired elements with modern building standards, ensuring residents enjoy the highest levels of comfort in line with local customs and traditions, with an innovative L-shaped courtyard design that places privacy at the forefront.

Moving beyond the conventional definition of a residential space, the project is designed to represent a dynamic and integrated community featuring a comprehensive range of amenities and services such as schools, mosques, a wellness and sports club, a nursery, healthcare facilities, as well as community retail spaces.
